My talented friend, Rachel, wrote a poem the night before we went wall climbing (refer to my last post). I thought I'd share this with you, guys (if there is anyone out there reading this) because this poem expresses exactly what I want everyone to realize when they visit my site- that we should take care of our bodies because it's the only one we have.
